What do I bring?

We will be doing a short exercise session so feel free to wear workout attire.  You can bring your own water bottle or we will have some for you. Snacks & lunch will also be provided.

Who are the speakers?

BRANDY MCDONALD uses her gift of communication to inspire and encourage women in their daily lives. Brandy studied Nutrition at Texas State University.  After graduation, she worked as a health and fitness Research Associate at The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas where they studied fitness and exercise as prevention in disease. She believes developing healthy behaviors and a healthy mindset are essential to achieving a Fit Lifestyle.

ERIN LACY has been a certified personal trainer in the Dallas area for 9 years. She is a former NPC competitor, current powerlifter and pregnant mama of (almost) 2. She is the creator of Fit a la Casa – an at home series of workout programs that can be done from home. Erin enjoys assisting others in becoming a better version of themselves through movement and sound nutrition.

JENNIFER VANEK is a 5’11” wife, mother of 3 and founder of Fivelleven Pilates. Jennifer grew up an athlete and has a sports and marketing background both in corporate and small business. Her passion to teach fitness heightened after discovering how Pilates changed her own body through core strength from the inside out. Jennifer left the corporate world in 2016 to focus on building her clientele by helping others through Mat Pilates in both private, small group and corporate wellness formats all over Dallas.  Jennifer loves to share her fitness journey through her own experiences and exercises that have continued to help her and so many others.
